Women's health physiotherapy that's actually about YOU

Your body changes throughout life—and sometimes it doesn't behave quite the way you'd expect.

You might be:

  • Leaking when you run, jump, cough or sneeze

  • Feeling heaviness, pressure or a bulge associated with prolapse

  • Recovering from pregnancy or birth

  • Wondering if your abdominal muscles have separated

  • Experiencing pelvic or lower back pain during pregnancy

  • Having difficulty controlling your bladder or bowel

  • Experiencing pain or discomfort during sex

  • Returning to exercise after having a baby

  • Navigating pelvic floor changes during perimenopause or menopause

  • Wanting to understand your pelvic floor before symptoms become a problem

Whatever stage you're at, you don't need to work it out on your own.

At Femme Fit, we take the time to listen, assess what's going on and develop a treatment plan that's specific to your body, your goals and your life.

Meet Jessie

Women's Health Physiotherapist

Hi, I'm Jessie Miladinski, founder of Femme Fit Physiotherapy.

I've been a physiotherapist since 2008 and have spent my career helping women understand their bodies, recover from pregnancy and birth, manage pelvic floor conditions and get back to the activities they enjoy.

I completed postgraduate study in Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse, including pessary management, and have developed a particular interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation, prolapse, pregnancy and postnatal care.

I created Femme Fit because I wanted women to have somewhere they could talk openly about their pelvic health, ask the questions they might feel uncomfortable asking elsewhere and receive evidence-based, individualised care.

No judgement. No awkwardness. Just honest conversations, expert assessment and a plan that makes sense for you.

WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?

No awkward surprises. Just a conversation, assessment and plan.

Your first appointment is about understanding you.

We'll talk about your symptoms, your health history, your goals and the things that matter to you.

Depending on your concerns, your assessment may include:

✓ Pelvic floor assessment
✓ Abdominal wall assessment
✓ Bladder and bowel function
✓ Prolapse assessment
✓ Pregnancy and birth history
✓ Strength and movement assessment
✓ Assessment of pain
✓ Return-to-exercise goals

We'll then explain what's happening and work with you to create a personalised treatment plan.

You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before you book.

That's what we're here for.
