You don’t need to be experiencing a problem to have a postnatal check

A post-natal check can be conducted from as early as 3 weeks, and most commonly at 6 weeks post-natal

This is a thorough assessment involving hearing of your pregnancy and birth story, assessing where your body is now, and determining your goals moving forward
